Meet the founder
Anthony Cruciani has a professional background in construction project management and hands-on experience with rental and vacation properties. Coordinating contractors, schedules, maintenance issues, and property projects showed him a simple problem: shore homeowners often have valuable properties hours away, but no single trusted point of contact when something needs attention.
Coastal Home Management was created to solve that problem.
